Vocation Celebration

The Notre Dame of Isulan, Inc. High School Department – Day is a Catholic school envisioned to provide integral and contextualized education geared towards the total human development. Giving quality Christian Education to the whole studentry is her guiding spirit to employ its mission. The values of honesty and integrity together with the core values of the school which is SHINE (Service, Honesty, Integrity, Nobility of purpose and Excellence) serve as the channel for the fulfillment of such undertaking. Moreover, the presence of the different organization is one way to achieve such ideals. One of these organizations is the Vocation Club, the vocation promoter of the school. This organization aim to develop higher social consciousness in the needs of the community and desires to promote and nourish the seed of religious vocation in the hearts of its members.

This vocation month celebration seeks to promote their own calling that inspired them to live in the way they wanted to be. As vocation promoters, we must be able to confirm and celebrate our roles and recognize that there is only one Word and one Spirit that inspires us. We must rejoice and leave this celebration fired up and confirmed in our conscientiousness of vocation promotion as a call from God and OWN the task that we were appointed to. We must then feel that we have the necessary tools that will equip us in this mission of being a vocation promoter in this institution.
In relation to these purposes, the Vocation Club as vocation promoters will conduct series of activities that will help to discover as early the craft within in every student of this institution. Furthermore, the lined up activities has the focal point to promote the religious vocation in the community. The realization of these undertakings will be possible with help of the School Administration, teachers and students.
